Wacaco Pixapresso - Battery-Powered Espresso Maker

Wacaco Pixapresso is a portable espresso maker powered by an internal rechargeable battery, designed for users who want automatic espresso preparation without relying on mains electricity. The machine handles water heating and extraction internally, allowing espresso to be prepared in locations where classic coffee machines cannot be used.

The brewing system supports two input formats: finely ground coffee and NS capsules (Nespresso Original compatible). This makes Pixapresso suitable both for users who prefer freshly ground coffee and for those who value the convenience of capsules. Espresso extraction is performed using a pressurized system that produces a stable crema and consistent results.

Operation
After filling the water tank and inserting ground coffee or an NS capsule, the user selects one of the preset temperature levels. Once started, Pixapresso automatically heats the water and performs espresso extraction directly into a cup without manual pumping.

Battery usage and charging
The integrated battery powers both the heating element and the extraction process. When the device is required to heat water from cold, a full charge allows the preparation of up to five espressos. When pre-heated hot water is used and no water heating is required, the battery can support the preparation of up to approximately 200 espresso shots. Charging is performed via a standard USB power source below 10 W and typically requires around two and a half hours.

Construction and maintenance
Pixapresso is built from food-grade materials with stainless steel components in the brewing area. Removable parts can be disassembled and rinsed after use, allowing basic maintenance even when traveling or using the device outdoors.

With its compact dimensions, automatic operation and battery-powered design, Wacaco Pixapresso is intended for travel, camping, vanlife and other situations where access to electricity is limited.
