We ship our SNAILER® roof top tents with Gebrüder Weiss.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment (usually the same day or the day after).
All shipments are dispatched & delivered only on working days.
We do not ship and freight company do not deliver during weekends or national holidays.
Since our shipments are oversized, delivery times mentioned in the table above are only informative, not guaranteed.
We are not able to deliver to island countries/locations (Cyprus, Malta or Canary Islands etc.).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
In case you are expecting a shipment from us, please check the box from each side before signing a delivery note. If possible, please make some photos as well. If any packaging damage is visible, please note this on the courier's delivery note.
Once you receive the package from the courier, please, unpack it immediately and check the tent for any damage. If you find any damage, please take some pictures and contact us immediately. We need to open a case with freight forwarder Gebrüder Weiss within 24 hours after delivery.
